One of the great truths that this study on light versus darkness reveals is that the light of God in Christ transforms us out of darkness; it enlightens our minds to biblical truth; it delivers us from the vain and unfruitful deeds of sin; it gives us direction in life. Our study will reveal that there is a real change of our being once God’s light comes into our being. This amazing spiritual change is like the physical change that takes place when a caterpillar becomes a beautiful butterfly. The Bible accomplishes this through the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives because the Bible is God’s mighty word to us.
